The Fragile Mind by Jarik Conrad About The Book:
America needs a better approach to race relations. Debates among people with narrow viewpoints shaped by guilt, anger, frustration, sadness, or hopelessness continue to hold us back from achieving our enormous potential.
Dr. Conrad offers an innovative approach to engage people from different backgrounds and perspectives, based on blending his unique practical experience with recent developments in psychology and neuroscience.
Answers to questions of Black and White in America are seldom black and white. America can finally conquer its race problem and reach new levels of prominence in the global marketplace by focusing on root causes instead of reacting to symptoms. Such a focus would provide great insight into predictable patterns of behavior, which would enable proactive solutions to help decision makers – elected officials, business leaders, policymakers, law enforcement personnel, educators, and nonprofit leaders – better connect with people they serve from all backgrounds.
