Catch and Release: How I Used Science to Hack my Love Life by Brenda Wiebe
About The Book:
There is a lot of research out there about love and relationships. Sifting through all the data and studies to determine what is useful can be daunting. However, to shed some light on my own relationship mishaps, I took it upon myself to see if science held any secrets. I could use all the help I could find after my divorce because it turns out dating in your thirties in the 21st century poses certain challenges not faced by our predecessors, such as dating apps. Along the way I discovered what I was searching for was not some magical formula to land the perfect man, but my own sexuality and the freedom to live my love life without constraints.
