Q. What are your previous occupations?
A. I have run my own catering service, and been part of the management team for a public college food-service program. I have also been the food service manager for a large supermarket chain, and a department head for a major wholesale food chain.

A. I enjoy any opportunity to work with people, in a meaningful way.

A. Dark chocolate and red wine
Q. Who is your greatest role model?
A. There are many people whose life or work I admire. It’s a very long list, and I couldn’t pick just one.
Q. How do you define success?
A. I define success as living a meaningful and fulfilling life. If you have love in your life and in your heart, and are doing something that you're passionate about, you are a success.
Q. What is the secret to your success?
A. I would say the secrets to my success are persistence, consistency, and the ability to adapt, learn, and stay true to myself.
Q. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
A. I have lived in New York, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Jersey. Having somewhat of a nomadic soul, choosing one place to settle down in seems a little daunting. I would like the opportunity to travel and to visit many more beautiful places before I decide on my dream spot.

A. My biggest regret is the people who I loved who died and being unable to help them.

A. Continued personal growth and education.
Q. What is your best advise to people whom look up to you and your success?
A. Live your life with passion, and always walk in your own beauty and truth. Be persistent in going after the things that matter most to you, but always be kind. Remember that good health is a valuable treasure, and that true health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Making the time to take care of yourself is the most unselfish thing you can do for the people you love.
