Q. How do you define success?
A. The fulfillment of my purpose. My biggest fear in life is that I will run short on time before I strip it all away and leave every ounce of who I am here. I use to value success as how many clients and revenue i had, that is only a part of it. It is an indicator but not the full measuring rod. As I grew it became clear that my purpose getting fulfilled is not exclusive to one activity, passion or task. The fulfillment of my purpose can be experienced in all things. What I am here for and how I deliver my purpose is where I find success. Being a minimalist who lives at choice is far more empowering than outer world success.

Q. What is the secret to your success?
A. Fear and purpose. I have succeeded most where i feared most. It drove me, to feel it, embrace it and take it on anyways. That summons courage and a relentless passion to be at the expression of my purpose. Discipline, focus have always come natural to me, but at the end of the day my secret is being revealed and letting my heart lead.

Q. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
A. Whew! Dec 25th 2015 I packed a back pack and went to Bali for a month thinking I would never come back. I did, but there is something unique and divinely guided about being able to explore. I don't know if its a location, but rather an experience of water, mountains, streams and beach all rolled up into one. Australia, Thailand, Florida, Montana, and New York have been some of my favorite places and I visited them at the right times.

Q. What’s your kryptonite?
A. My daughter, a fishing pole and nature.

Q. What historical figure do you most relate to?
A. The Thinker

Q. What is your biggest regret?
A. Allowing the world to influence my path.

Q. What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
A. Delivering my daughter and driving a company to $21 million.

Q. What is your best advise to people whom look up to you and your success?
A. Get clear, be bold, love what you do and pursue it with reckless abandon.
