Take on Aging as a Sport; The Athletic Approach to Aging by Sharkie Zartman

About The Book:

Take on Aging as a Sport, taps into the will and drive it takes to succeed at any sport or goal, and brings these attributes to the arena of aging. No one needs to accept limitations associated with aging because of faulty beliefs. Stepping up the the challenges of aging is similar to how an athlete and coach prepare for their opponents. It is an empowered approach where quitting is not an option.
